Lunch orders are now closed to new orders. Those who ordered previously can pick up lunches at the conference.
Roasted turkey breast and uncured bacon topped with Swiss and cheddar cheeses, avocado, tomato and spring mix on an all-butter croissant. Served with an apple, potato chips and a bottle of spring water.

Oven-roasted turkey breast over a bed of romaine with uncured bacon, hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, croutons and creamy dressing. Served with potato chips and a bottle of spring water.
Falafel, hummus, cucumber, red bell pepper, tomato and kale wrapped in a tortilla. Served with an apple, potato chips and a bottle of spring water. Vegan.
Oven-roasted turkey, uncured hickory-smoked bacon, fresh avocado, cheddar, tomato, baby spinach and red pepper aioli on a ciabatta roll. We require no-antibiotics-ever turkey for this item. Bacon must be made without synthetic nitrates or nitrites. Served with an apple, potato chips and a bottle of spring water.

An updated version of the classic with sunflower seed butter and strawberry jam on white bread. Served with grapes, a chocolate chip cookie and apple juice. Vegetarian.
